in under 10 Weeks. As a personal trainer I already have a few clients, I'm training right now.
I will be using them for my portfolio, but there is a need for more people. My clients pay anywhere

I have tried numerous diets. I have been through tortue workout routines. I

It started to become clear to me the real way to

The Three Compound Exercise Movements:
First of all weight resistance
is probably the most effective way for the body to lose weight through exercise. Through the development of any
of the three muscle types. White fast twitch(for body builders), red fast twitch (for baskeball players athletes etc.)
and finally red slow twitch(for models and dancers weight loss). After developing these muscles, they call on
energy release from fat cells in your body, while you rest. This means your fat or fat cells begin to get ate up
for energy. The other way is that energy is also released from fat cells, is through the actual work-out.
Simply put by developing the same red slow twitch muscles you see on people like Brittany Spears,
Jenifer Lopez, Janet Jackson, Modonna and even Cher, you have to lift weights.
Some people may ask can three exercises get me into
shape?What kind of exercises should I perform? To understand this you must first know a little
about how the body is structured and operates. The body can be divided into three different areas. The lower
part of the body (legs). The upper rear(back). The upper front (shoulders and chest). These three
are the largest areas of muscle on the body. The minor muscle groups like your stomach, your bi's and tri's (arms)
and calves only support these larger muscle area's. Remember the larger area of muscle developed the more fat is
realeased. This causes the development of muscle and speeds up your metabolism. Case in point while
working the chest (a larger muscle group) you use your arms(a smaller muscle group) to push the bar. In all my
years of weight training, I have never seen someone bench with out the using their arms to push the bar. Therefore
it can be said the smaller muscles can be worked out while concentrating on the larger ones.
With This is mind, I have developed a exercise routine based
on these principles of weight loss through exercise. This routine is not just easy to understand, it has only three
exercises. These exercises cover the three largest area in the body, legs back and chest/shoulders. Thus causing
your resting metabolism to increase. Used in the right order for the right amount of circuits the results will
be just a matter science over muscle.
My easy to read, easy to apply work out is just that, a serious work
out. Don't be fooled by just the fact that there are only three easy exercises to perform.
